Descriptions:

Products are sold subject to their description in words & pictures; we take every reasonable care to ensure that these details are accurate at all times. Certain items may vary in colour depending on your computer screen - this is unavoidable. If you find that you don't like an item when it arrives you are entitled to return it, see the returns section below for details.

Payment:

All payment through our website is by paypal. We can also accept credit card payments over the phone if you email to request it.

Orders:

We will contact you as soon as we receive your order to confirm receipt. We will dispatch your order as soon as we receive confirmation from paypal that payment has been received. If any item you have ordered is currently out of stock we will contact you to determine whether you are happy to wait for it to be reordered or wish to replace it with an item of similar value or wish that item to be refunded. Each item will then be dispatched as it becomes available at no extra charge.

Privacy:

We will never disclose any of your details to a third party without first seeking your permission. If you have made a purchase from us or contact us via our website then we may contact you with details of new items & special offers unless you expressly do not wish to be contacted. As all payment through our website is via paypal, we never see any credit or debit card numbers.

Delivery:

Delivery will be by first class royal mail unless otherwise requested in which case additional charges may apply. Large orders will be delivered by an independent delivery company (at no additional cost to the customer) & we will contact you before the order is sent out to ensure that someone is at delivery address to receive it.

All p&p charges for the UK are automatically added at the till & are as follows: orders up to £9.99 will incur £2.50 p&p, £24.99 - £3.50 p&p, £60.00 - £4.95 p&p, £99.99 - £6.95 & £100 + - £8.95. We are also happy to ship internationally & just ask that you add the international postage surcharge (located at the bottom of each web shop page) to your basket. This will cover the additional postage costs (only one per order needed), we do however reserve the right to contact you in the event that heavier items incur greater postage costs, you are able to terminate your order at any time if you feel the cost of postage will be too great & we will give you a full refund.

 

Returns:

We want you to love everything we send you therefore if you decide that you do not wish to keep any item purchased from us you can return it for a refund or replacement within 14 days from the date on the postmark. Goods must be returned at the customer's own expense in a saleable and unused condition, we don't expect you to gift-wrap everything again though!

Please ensure that you enclose details of your name, address & proof of purchase with your return.
